Calling all nannies who love working with cute and cuddly babies! A fun-loving family in Raleigh is searching for an attentive and playful nanny to care for their happy 4 month old baby girl starting in May! As first time parents, their ideal nanny is someone who is experienced in infant care and is comfortable with keeping the baby on a daily routine.
A warm, supportive, and collaborative nanny is also very important to them, as mom will be breastfeeding, along with giving the baby an occasional bottle, and so they would like a nanny open to this dynamic in their home.
In addition to engaging the baby in stimulating, age-appropriate activities such as tummy time, the family would also love for their nanny to spend as much time with her outdoors when the weather is nice, for instance taking her for daily strolls around their neighborhood or outdoors in their fenced backyard.
The main priority will be caring for the baby and occasionally bottle feeding, but if time permits, they would love help with light housekeeping tasks, such as the baby’s laundry and unloading/loading the dishwasher.
The schedule for this position will be Monday-Thursday from 9 am - 4 pm, with some flexibility on the start and end time.
They are willing to guarantee between 28-30 hours per week.
Both parents work from home with designated office spaces, however; they would truly love a nanny that is open to them popping in to interact with the baby when their schedules allow.
Since they do have the opportunity to work remotely, the parents may decide to work in other locations and take their show on the road.
If there are weeks that they are spending a few days in another location, that is paid time off for you! The family does have a 15 pound dog that they will not expect the nanny to care for during the day.
They are hoping for a long-term commitment.
