3 Full-time teachers in every room!! Our school has the most supportive ratios of any preschool in our area.
We are building up our teaching teams in every room.
We are changing our ratio goal to have teaching teams made up of 3 full time teachers and or assistant teachers in every classroom.
Full time Curriculum Coordinator on staff to assist with lesson planning, coordinates collaboration between teachers, support staff, and families.
Full time Director and Assistant Director to maintain positive relationships between families and staff, and help coordinate events that celebrate our teachers and support staff.

A passion for working with your specific age group is a must.
Must be available to work Monday through Friday; part time and full time roles available
Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children
Observes all North Carolina rules and regulations pertaining to the health, safety, and care of children
Supports communication with parents at the end of the day regarding their child
Qualifications.

Must have a pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.
Prefer to have or working on getting NC Early Childhood Credentials (EDU 119).
Classroom teaching experience in an accredited early childhood facility a plus
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
Ability to interact and guide students of all ages and skill levels
Greater salary opportunity with degree or college credits in educational field
Varying shifts available, both full- time and part-time
Must be available to work Monday through Friday.
