Our highly rated, family operated bakery is looking to add a part-time or full-time team member with cake/dessert decorating experience to join our morning team.
In this role, you will prepare and finish cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other dessert items for guest orders, as well as for display in our bakery cases.
You will also be responsible for the upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of the decorating station.
All of this will be done while adhering to proper sanitation and food handling practices.
Experience working in a bakery, restaurant, or home-based bakery is a MUST.

Requirements and Qualifications:
· Cake and dessert decorating experience is a MUST
· Working knowledge of buttercream decorating techniques and tools
· Familiar working with chocolate to create coatings and accent pieces
· Working knowledge of fondant for decorating is a PLUS
· Must be creative, have artistic flair, and an eye for detail
· Excellent communication and customer service skills; not afraid to communicate with customers directly on order requirements
· Ability to take direction and multitask is critical
