Beautiful $198 White House Black Market Floral Dress with cinched waist and very sexy halter top (ties in back), this is one VERY special dress! Incredibly detailed florals throughout the dress and very fine tailoring creates a nice silhouette when you have the dress on.
Would look VERY pretty worn to work with a blazer, cardigan, or out on the town with friends with a pair of gladiator sandals! Lightly padded cups in the bust area create a beautiful and shapely figure.
This dress has NEVER been worn.
