Fabulous multitiered layers and drawstrings created a beautifully tailored look! Original retail price is $88, so this is a fabulous deal! The fabulous side ties can be drawn in or let out to create DIFFERENT beautiful looks.

It is approximately 18 1/2 inches at its shortest point in the front, and 31 1/2 inches at its longest point.
