Specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling as well as extensive renovation, we help clients all over the Triangle improve their homes with the kind of caring attention that makes us feel like family.
We also offer whole home remodeling and from scratch construction, meeting your needs whether they’re big or small.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Review and understand client goals and preferences with Project Director and/or Client.
Attend meetings with clients to review plans & layouts.
Coordinate and attend client off-site meetings to select product specifications for each project including design, colors, and finishes, etc.
Document product selection and project details using appropriate forms.
Design and layout of cabinets using computer aided programs or hand drafting.
Coordinate and submit product selections for vendor estimates & prepare information for estimating.
Participate in pre-construction meeting, controller review, contract meetings, and mid job walk throughs during production.
Required Qualification(s):
Extensive cabinetry design experience – a sample of work required.
2020 Design fluency
NKBA certification, preferred
AutoCAD, Chief Architect or Revit, preferred
Previous work experience with all phases of residential design with a focus on Kitchen & Bath Design, preferred.
A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in interior design and/or interior architecture, preferred
Conceptual thinker with solid technical skills (design and drawing)
Strong product knowledge of all interior and exterior products
Ability to cross reference product information & specifications to ensure compatibility
Soft skills: attention to detail, motivated and self-initiated, solid communication skills, organization and ability to document, ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
