Trilliant is hiring a Software Support Engineer who will work under the supervision of a Software development/Support Manager.
The Software Support Engineer will conduct detailed analyses of complex problems encountered by the customer to determine the causes and propose solutions.
He will have to be autonomous and efficient in the management/realization of his projects while collaborating effectively with internal experts, to allow a quick resolution of customer problems.
This role requires software development and diagnostic skills, as well as good customer relations and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in Agile team meetings.
Identify and investigate anomalies and implement corrective measures.
Participate in the planning of projects and the estimation of efforts to be made (work).
Participate in code inspection activities.
Mentor and provide mentorship to team members with less experience.
Participate in various software development activities with multidisciplinary teams.
Job Requirements:
5 – 7 years of programming experience in JAVA
Have worked in an iterative or Agile context.
Experience with Maven, AJAX, SOAP, Spring, XML, Hibernate, Artifactory
Have developed on Unix/Linux, Windows
Knowledge of DB – SQL Server, Percona and Oracle
Experience with Google Web Toolkit
JMX message queues (example ActiveMQ)
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Strong working knowledge of English, French a plus
Concern for quality and timeliness
Promote a customer-oriented approach.
Education & Certification:
A bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Electrical engineering or a relevant discipline
