LevelUp+ Back End Integration Support
This Back End Integration Support lead will be playing a role which is strategically positioned between Technical Assistance Center (TAC) Engine Security Team, Global Enterprise Segment (GES)
Engineering team and CXPD Security teams.
The objective is to develop and maintain Security Automation Tools, with primary focus on design, integration, testing, maintenance, and education of a Security Automation platform to provide a seamless experience for Customers, Delivery teams and Partners.
The Back End Integration is the connection to internal and external customers, which builds effective working relationships while solving their issues, managing expectations, and leaving the customer feeling valued.
3+ years of strong Software Engineering experience in building large scale distributed systems.
Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms and a strong understanding of threads, synchronization, concurrent programming
Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize responsibilities based on changing requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities
Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams to solve complex problems and building products spanning across multiple teams to deliver end-to- end products & features thru an Agile Methodology
Desired Qualifications
BS / MS equivalents in the areas of Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent fields
3+ years of software development experience in an enterprise environment
Proven skills in developing software and integrating systems in complex environments
Proficient knowledge and development capabilities in more than one Programming languages (preferably Python, MongoDB).
Rest Application Program Interface (API) knowledge,
Perl programming to interface with Firewall Management Console (FMC)
Knowledge or expertise for Domain and Firewall Networking.
Strong English fluency.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
