Job Description:
We're in search of a motivated Outbound Customer Service Representative (CSR) to engage with our warm leads and deliver outstanding service.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in outbound customer service, impeccable attention to detail, and a dedication to following processes.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to warm leads, engaging them in discussions about our services.
Provide comprehensive information about our offerings, address inquiries, and resolve potential concerns.
Maintain precise records of interactions and update our customer database accordingly.
Track leads' sources and ensures all necessary information is properly documented.
Adhere to scripting and established processes to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
Requirements:
Previous experience in outbound customer service or sales roles preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.
Effective in following scripts and processes.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Service Titan.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in customer service or sales is beneficial.
