We are a fast-growing business consulting firm looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues and trends
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
