To continue providing excellent service to our guests, we are seeking independent housekeepers with an excellent track record of cleaning service and superior customer service experience to join our team!
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining the cleanliness of shared areas including, but not limited to lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, and stairwells.
• Cleaning all surfaces in each room (bathroom, kitchen, living room, and bedroom) i.
e.
, washing dishes, cleaning inside of fridge, cleaning stove, cleaning inside kitchen/bathroom cabinets, dusting furniture and upholstery.
• Restock complimentary amenities including, but not limited to soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, and towels.
• Changing bed linens and towels
• Launder linens and towels (if needed)
• Vacuuming/mopping
• Dusting/polishing
• Removal of trash and recyclable materials
• Steam cleaning furniture (as needed)
• Perform deep cleanings (as needed)
• Fulfilling all obligations based on the need per property.
Requirements:
• Completed W9
• Has or willing to obtain Certificate of insurance (if you do not have insurance, you can purchase it through nextinsurance.
com)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to occasionally travel to multiple locations within the neighborhood.
• Access to smart phone and email with internet connection at all time
• Able to service multiple locations.
• Able to complete regular cleaning between 9am-2pm
• Able to start work between 8am to 10am depending on the shifts.
• Weekend Availability
• Ability to commit to scheduled work times.
• Time management skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
