Personal Assistant (durham)

I'm looking for someone who is organized and who doesn't mind doing a wide range of things.
I am older and have some physical limitations and work better when i work with someone.
Im looking for someone who is ok helping run errands, coordinate different things i need to get done, light organizing, can help prep a meal, etc.
I have a wide range of things i need to get done and don't mind hiring companies to get things done but i'm much more motivated when i have someone to work with.
I have a flexible schedule so I can work with the right person and depending on how we get alone it could be 4 to 8 hours per week or much more.
I am an older southern guy.
I like talking about different topics as part of friendly conversation.
Im starting off offering $25 per hour and will go from there.
