Looking for Handyman for Rental Property (Rocky Mount)

I have a rental property with a tenant that just moved out and I'm looking for a handyman to fix the property up for the next tenant to move in.
Possible things that may need to be done include patching drywall in preparation to paint, interior painting, fix closet doors that are off track, caulking around windows and bathroom tub if necessary, fix/replace light fixtures and overall help me to get the property ready for the next tenant.
Must have some basic tools and a truck to be able to pick up supplies from the local hardware store (Lowes) if needed.
