Weekly House Cleaner Wanted (Raleigh)

We are looking for an experienced cleaner to come to our house once a week.
We are only interested in talking with individuals, no teams or franchised services.
The house is approximately 4,500sf with wood floors and carpet.

We are in the Five Points area of central Raleigh.
Weekly responsibilities will include: Dust all main living areas Clean all corners countertops and table surfaces Clean all toilets and bathrooms Wipe down kitchen appliances, stove top, etc.
Sweep and vacuum the floor every week Mop the floors every other week.
Collect trash from the trash cans in the house We are a fairly clean household.
All previous cleaners have done this within 3-4hrs.
We expect that it should take 4-5hrs.
Pay is equivalent to roughly $27/hr if the job takes 4hrs.
