We have cleaning sites all over the RDU.
You will be paid electronically weekly!
*DUTIES*
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and break rooms
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
*NON-NEGOTIABLES*
-Must pass a criminal background check
-Cleaner will sign an NDA and 1099 Contractor Agreement
-Must have your own supplies (we can assist with most supplies/tools), smart-phone, transportation, and business liability insurance
*QUALIFICATIONS*
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work preferred
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques and equipment, including buffing and floor care
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Flexibility to work different shifts or weekends as needed
