Hello, I am a business owner working from home in South Durham and looking for a ROCKSTAR household manager!!! I juggle a lot and need help getting organized at home and in my home office.
This would be primarily personal/household assistance with some help for my businesses.
This will be a part time scenario 2-4 days per week, 15-25 hrs a week, and will primarily need help on weekdays.
This is a 1099 position since I will be paying through my businesses.
Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to S.
Durham.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Light Cleaning/tidying up: putting away dishes, taking out trash/recycling, hanging up clothes, tidying bedroom, cleaning/polishing shoes.
• Meal prep, baking, and light cooking (low carb, sugar free, high focus on vegetables, protein, and sugar free/low carb baking, homemade salad dressings etc.
)
• Managing of household inventory, maintenance, and subscription accounts
• Managing/hiring of subcontractors (cleaning, lawn, handymen etc)
• Opening, sorting, and filing mail
• Organizing (garage, closets, office, pantry, storage unit)
• Laundry
• Household tasks (watering plants, pulling weeds, changing light bulbs, air filters, etc)
• Help with setup of new Airbnb/Furnished rental units occasionally
• Misc projects and tasks
OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADDITIONAL PROJECTS/RESPONSIBILITIES BASED ON SKILL AND EXPERIENCE:
