Tow Truck Owner Operator

Owner Operator Driver Duties: - Operate and maintain tow truck in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring proper securement and adherence to weight limits.
- Plan routes to destinations using GPS and our TowBooks app.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering vehicles on time and in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers.
- Handle any conflicts or issues that may arise during transportation with profesinalizam.
Skills: - Conflict Management: Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills to provide excellent service to customers.
- Commercial Driving: Proficient in operating tow truck, adhering to traffic laws, and maintaining safety standards.
- Load/Unload: Knowledge of proper techniques for loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Tow Truck Operation: Familiarity with operating a tow truck for emergency roadside assistance.
