Driver/Crew Leader(In Training) - Erosion Control

Southern Erosion Control is seeking a Driver/Crew Leader(in training), preferably with equipment operating experience including but not limited to *Skid Steer, Mini Excavator, and/or Trencher*.
Driver must have had drivers license in good standing for 3+ years to be consider.
Willin to train new hire with no experience if they are the right fit! The Driver/Crew Leader(in training) must be: * Hard working * Leader * Problem Solver * Dependable * Team Player * Able to work outdoors in all elements * Willing to learn * *Reliable transportation to arrive at work at 7am.
(located in Apex, NC)* *MUST HAVE *a vaild drivers license with a clean driving record.
Expected Starting Pay range for a Driver/Crew Leader(in training) is between $18-$20 an hour and will be based on previous experience.
Experience in the Erosion Control field is a strong consideration (but NOT REQUIRED) in the hiring process.
Opportunity for advancement after 60 days.
*\*\*Operator experience will be vetted before employment is granted\*\** Required experience : NONE! But must have active drivers license and clean driving record for 3+ years Preferred experience: Erosion Control, Landscaping, General Labor Paid Weekly.
Occassional Overtime Possible.
