Duties:
- Safely operate a bus or van to transport passengers to their destinations
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns
- Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrivals and departures
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing the safety of passengers and other road users
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including those with special needs
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with passengers
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations
- Ability to navigate using GPS or maps to ensure efficient transportation routes
- Experience in school bus driving, shuttle driving, limousine services, or delivery driving is a plus
