CDL B Specialty Concrete Mix Truck Driver

*About Us:* Looking for drivers to help expand an Award-Winning Shotcrete firm of 20yrs specializing in concrete for Luxury Swimming Pools, Outdoor Living and Residential Construction.
*CDL Concrete Mix Truck Job Description:* The responsibility of this CDL is to assure the safe and timely delivery of sand/cement to the customer.
*Qualifications:* No mixer truck experience needed but a willingness to learn.
Experience operating heavy equipment is a plus.
Mechanical experience is beneficial but not required.
Experience with dump trucks or concrete mixers is beneficial but not required.
*CDL Concrete Mix Truck **Responsibilities:* · CDL Drivers are required to work Monday through Friday and Saturday from time to time.
Occasional overnight stays are required.
· Perform pre-trip safety inspection of truck in accordance with DOT regulations.
· Must adhere to safety requirements and procedures.
· Customer focused - take responsibility for customer relationships.
· Problem prevention/solving - able to proactively identify and solve problems and enlist the help of others as necessary.
*CDL Concrete Mix Truck **Physical Demands* · Must be able to climb in and out of the truck many times a day.
· Driver stands by controls, often perched on a truck ladder, and monitors the dispensing operation.
*Required Work Experience:* · Must have a valid Department of Transportation certified CDL.
· Must be able to pass a Federal Department of Transportation drug/alcohol screening and physical.
· Must maintain a satisfactory driving record in accordance with Federal and State Motor Carrier regulations and company policy.
We offer a competitive wage with a review after the first 90 days.
We also offer a Quarterly Performance Bonus with a potential payout of up to $3,000 per quarter.
