Tow Truck Driver/Operator

Duties: - Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations for contract jobs with SHP and other Major - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment - Provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists, including jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services - Perform minor mechanical repairs on vehicles, such as changing tires or replacing batteries - Maintain accurate records of all services provided and complete necessary paperwork - Adhere to all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating the tow truck Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Commercial driving experience is a plus - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to perform basic automotive repairs - Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles - Excellent conflict management and customer service skills - Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations - 12 or 24 hour shift option - ON CALL - 1099 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
