*Position:* AA Self Storage is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Portable Storage Delivery Driver for our Raleigh, NC location.
We want a self-motivated individual with maintenance experience and a team player.
This is a full time position at 40 hours per week.
Our offices are open Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday, 8 AM to 2 PM, and CLOSED Sunday.

*Job Responsibilities:*
- Visually inspect units, grounds, and other aspects of the property
- Clean units to Pristine Standards
- Picking up trash and debris
- Performing preventative maintenance on property as instructed by management
- Notify management of any property issues, safety concerns, or tenant issues
- Receive and perform maintenance requests throughout the day
- Cutting/grinding locks
- Delivery and pick up of portable storage units
Units range in size from 8’x12’ to 8’x20’
The trailer is approximately 26'
*Job Requirements:*
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Tech primarily works outside and must be physically able to perform duties
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills
- At least two years of work experience, a background in property maintenance helpful
- Able to present yourself in a professional image
- Reliable along with your mode of transportation
- Able to work under little to no supervision at times and able to multitask
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, CDL license is a plus
- Forklift experience preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
