_Brewery Delivery Driver_
Gizmo Brew Works is a rapidly growing brewery in Raleigh which recently completed a major brewery expansion and is expanding our sales and distribution efforts.
*Wholesale Delivery Driver*
*Job Summary:*
The Delivery Driver will be responsible for picking inventory at the brewery, safely loading onto company van, planning your route, safely driving company van, delivering cases and kegs to accounts and collecting payments, returning and repeating.
This position involves repetitive heavy lifting and maneuvering of full and empty kegs of beer.
A full keg weighs 165lbs and is lifted by hand into our delivery van.
Once at an account, keg(s) are unloaded from the van and with the help of a hand truck, delivered to the account’s cooler.
Many coolers are located in the basement of the bar.
With some practice, you’ll develop the skill of using the hand truck down the stairs with a full keg of beer.
On days you’re not delivering beer, there may be opportunities to help out in the brewery washing kegs, cleaning equipment, or working on the canning line.
This would be a good job for someone interested in learning more about how a brewery works.

* Execute daily delivery route planning
* Load daily deliveries into delivery vehicle
* Conduct daily deliveries of packaged beer to our wholesale customers
* Clean draft lines
* Ensure safety and basic maintenance of delivery vehicles
* Master knowledge of Gizmo beers and be able to effectively “talk beer” with customers
* Willingness to learn and help in other areas of the company including cellarman/packaging activities and marketing events
* Perform other duties as assigned

*Job Qualifications:*
* Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean record
* Capable of lifting and moving up to 165 lbs with assistance or alone
* Forklift training and/or familiarity is a plus but not required
* Strong passion for craft beer
*Compensation:*
* Compensation: Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
PTO, 401k, Dental, Vision.
* Hours/week: 40-50 hours/week

Pay: $40,000.
00 - $46,000.
