Roadside Assistance Technician / Tow Driver

Responsibilities: - Respond to service calls and provide roadside assistance to stranded motorists - Operate a tow truck to safely load and transport vehicles - Secure vehicles properly using appropriate straps, chains, or other equipment - Perform basic vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times - Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Skills: - Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems - Proficient in vehicle maintenance and repair - Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record If you have a passion for automotive mechanics, enjoy helping others, and have the skills necessary to operate a tow truck, we want to hear from you!
