Afternoon Bus Driver

Bus Driver *Job Summary:* Responsible for transporting Club members to and from the Boys & Girls Club in a school bus.
*Responsibilities:* * Transport Club members from assigned schools to the Boys & Girls Clubs.
* Be available to transport Club members from the Club to local venues when school is not in session.
* Keep up with general maintenance of buses (oil, gas, water levels etc.
).
* Log miles and number of Club members transported on a daily basis.
* Follow DOT regulations.
* Submit a weekly report to supervisor.
* Have the ability to enforce Boys & Girls Club rules and policies in a fair manner.
*Experience and Skills * *General Requirements:* * 23 years old or older * Clean driving record *Education Requirements:* * High School Diploma or equivalency.
*Experience Requirements:* * Experience in transportation.
* Experience directly related to youth and youth programming.
*Skills:* * Enjoys working with youth ages 6-18 years old.
* Group management.
* Ability to take direction.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Ability to relate effectively with diverse population.
* Good communication skills, both oral and written.
*Schedule: *Monday-Friday 1:45-5:45 *Location: * Raleigh Boys Club *Pay: *$20-$21/hr.
