Requirements:
No history of failing DOT drug or alcohol tests.
Minimum one year Class A driving experience in the last three years (local experience counts if in the region) or 2 years in the last 5.
Clean driving record: No more than one non-major moving violation in the last three years.
No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years, with only two incidents total, and only one in the last 12 months.
Maximum of 4 jobs in the last three years.
