Positions Available:
Switchers: 1 in Clayton (1st shift only), 4 in Sanford (1st and 2nd shift)
Shuttle Drivers: 9 in Clayton, 21 in Sanford (1st and 2nd shift)

Position Details:
Tractors: Assigned or Slip Seat (Day cabs/Sleepers)
Parking: Onsite
Work Week: Shuttle - Mon-Fri or Sun-Thur, Switchers - Mon-Fri or Sun-Thur (some weekends)
Home Time: Daily & Weekends
Pay Type: Hourly
Average Weekly Hours/Miles: 50-60 hours, within a 300 mi radius
Average Weekly Pay: $1000-$1200
Pay Details:
New Pay (effective 8/13/23):
$20.
50 1st shift
$21.
50 2nd shift
Pay Increase: Reviewed annually
Bonus: $200.
00 Quarterly Safety Bonus
Holiday Pay: $150.
00 per day
Vacation Pay: Average pay prior 52 weeks
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 21 years old
1 Year of Class A Driving Experience
No SAP violations, No DWI
Backround, clearing house, and MVR will be conducted
Areas of Operation:
NC, SC, TN, VA
Open Positions:
SHIFT 1 - Sanford, NC:
Local driver on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1700-0500)
Primary duties: Shuttle trailers between CAT locations in Sanford
Some local supplier pickups within 200-mile radius
Slip seat position, occasional yard switcher duties
Starting: 4/15/24, $21.
50/hr
SHIFT 2 - Clayton, NC:
Local driver on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1700 start time)
Primary duties: Complete supplier pickups for Clayton and Sanford plants
Drop and hook, no loading/unloading
Slip seat position, potential yard switcher duties
Starting: 4/15/24, $21.
