We want to hire an experienced and reliable Semi Driver with NO VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.
We run background checks, we can not hire you if you have traffic violations over the last 3 years\*\*\*\*
*Must have a minimum of 2 years of COMMERCIAL DRIVING EXPERIENCE (Driving Semi/Tractor Trailer for a company, using an ELD to log time.
Driving your personal vehicle does not count) for work AND* *have a* *valid CDL-A* _.

*Responsibilities*
* *Use the Keep Trucking / Motive ELD App to log time when driving.
*
* Pre/Post trip vehicle inspections
* Submit and pass regular drug tests
* Transport freight to and from customer's distribution centers
* Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
* Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
* Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving
* Retain fuel/toll receipts
* Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
* Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
* Collect and verify delivery instructions
* Report defects, accidents, or violations
*Skills & Certifications*
* Valid CDL-A with NO VIOLATIONS OVER THE LAST +3 Years
* Must know how to use Keep Trucking/Motive ELD
* Must know how to perform PM on truck
* Proven work experience as a truck driver (2 years minimum)
* Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB, etc)
* Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
* Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
* No recent moving or driving violations
* Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc)
