*TPA Coaching Overview*
We are looking for dedicated individuals who bring exceptional leadership, energy, a strong work ethic, and a love for the game of baseball.
These individuals must love working with young athletes and helping them develop into stronger and better players.
Depending on the age group, assistant coaches are generally required to attend indoor practices during the weekday evenings, and help coach during tournament weekends.
There is potential to head coach in the fall as well.
We currently have 9U, 10U, 12U, 13U, 14U, 15u, 16U, and 17U teams.
You will be required to be on time to practices and tournament games.
*Qualifications*
* Prior college baseball playing at least 2 years
* Prior coaching experience
* Strong knowledge of the game
* Prior experience working with kids
* Enthusiastic
* Strong work ethic
* Proactive Communication Skills
* Must Pass a National Criminal Background Check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
Schedule:
* Evening shift
* Monday to Friday
* Weekends as needed
