Pre-K Teacher

Pay is commensurate with education and experience.
Must have current Criminal Background Check, TB screening, and NC Early Childhood Credentials.
Associate Degree in ECE preferred.
Major Functions: * Planning and executing educational program of age-appropriate activities for children in care and identifying each child’s individual capabilities and needs * Creating an appropriate learning environment * Ensuring the welfare, health, and safety of all children * Organizing and maintaining classroom activity areas, materials and supplies, and keeping the Director advised of equipment and materials that need to be repaired and replaced * Maintaining constant supervision of children * Taking daily attendance and keeping all required reports * Establishing and maintaining effective communication with parents * Keeping up to date with in-service training and certifications as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
