Early Childhood Teacher

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team to assist with 2-3 year olds and 3-4 year olds.
As a Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds and lives of young learners.
You will create a positive and engaging learning environment, develop and implement curriculum, and provide support to students with diverse needs.
```Responsibilities``` - Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Use effective behavior management strategies to promote a productive learning environment - Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student success - Utilize technology and other resources to enhance instruction - Provide individualized instruction for students with special needs or learning challenges - Foster a love for learning through engaging activities and materials - Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress ```Skills``` - Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and productive learning environment - Experience working with children in an educational setting - Knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices - Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners - Proficiency in literacy education and promoting reading skills development - Knowledge of physical education principles and ability to incorporate physical activity into lessons - Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations for students with disabilities - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues - Understanding of child welfare principles and ability to create a safe and supportive classroom environment If you are passionate about education, dedicated to student success, and possess the necessary skills, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
