*Redline Athletics Hemlock Plaza is currently seeking a passionate, HIGH ENERGY and dedicated individual to join our team as a lead sports performance coach.
This position requires that the applicant currently holds a CSCS certification or an accredited training certification from organizations such as a NSCA, NASM, ACSM, or ISSA.

As a youth performance center, we focus on speed, power, mentorship, resilience, coordination, endurance, agility, movement efficiency, character building, and confidence.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing training programs for athletes, including warm-ups, exercises, and cool-downs.
- Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to their programs as needed.
- Implement training programs to enhance the skills and abilities of the athletes.
- Provide guidance and support to athletes during sessions including education on proper form and technique.
- Create a positive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing safety rules and protocols.
- Collaborate with other coaches, parents, and staff members to organize events and marketing activities to bring in new and sustain current memberships.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fitness and a desire to help others succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales experience and hustle mentality a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with *high energy and positive attitude*.
- Degree preferred in exercise physiology/ kinesiology and fitness principles.
- Experience working with youth and/or athletes.
