Substitute Teacher

Responsibilities: - Follow lesson plans provided by the regular classroom teacher and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure student safety.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to address student needs.
Skills and Qualifications: - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students and staff.
- Patience and empathy when working with children.
- Knowledge of educational principles and techniques.
- Flexibility to work in different grade levels or subject areas as needed.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
Please note that this is a substitute teacher position, which means you may be called upon to fill in for absent teachers on short notice.
