Private care giving companion aide (Raleigh)

Several years of experience in health care system with Senior's citizens.
With an array of different settings and circumstances per client(s).
I also work with teens and adults in the spectrum (autism) field.
I have a background in medical health with graduating massage therapy school as well.
I have a fair amount of knowledge when it comes to sport kinesiology anatomy and physiology as well training with a multitude of different sports and exercises, stretching etc.
exercising physically is something I have high knowledge with.
I was a state defensive player in High school and competed nationally in swimming as well.
Down to earth and spiritual individual that enjoys assisting and helping others in ways to uplift good sense of wellbeing as well as great vibes of happiness to living in present moment of now.
My hourly Rates range from 25-35 per hour, negotiable.
