Wanted: Carrboro handyman to help with a flip. (Carrboro off N. Greensboro St.)

I'm looking to hire someone to work on a time+materials basis to assist me with a small-house renovation project.
A bit of carpentry, siding repair, painting, meeting electricians/plumbers/hvac for their work, etc.
Kitchen and bathroom work.
Maybe even some landscaping.
Ideally you're a motivated person who works reasonably fast and gets it done.
This job could fill in the gaps between your other jobs.
I even have most of the tools available, so don't let that hold you back if you have the skills.
