More people are "cutting the cord" in order to save money or simply take advantage of the free over-the-air television from the digital sub-channels local television stations carry on their signals today.
Sometimes a streaming or cable-net service may leave out local channels or perhaps leave out some network you could receive via an antenna.
What I can do is come by and set up an indoor antenna in various locations or positions to see what makes for the best reception.
If you are satisfied, the antenna can be permanently installed through a switch box which allows you to keep your current cable-net service but also have over-the-air broadcasts by antenna.
So if you are perhaps more of a "Luddite" who is not familiar with such things or you just don't want to fool with the attempt yourself, contact me and I can come over and see how well your indoor antenna prospects are.
I know of a pretty good indoor antenna that is not expensive to start out with but if you wish for something more "powerful" or elaborate that can be an option.
As long as it is a relatively simple installation an assessment can be made.
$15 to test which should be less than an hour.
$15 an hour to install antenna and switch box plus cost of equipment which may be $20-$40? depending on whether you need a signal booster or intricacy of set-up.
I would think a typical installation would be an hour.
Contact me to set up a day and time.
