Job Title: "Litigation Attorney”
Location: Raleigh, NC
Job Description:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience navigating personal injury and mass tort litigation along with strong case management skills, client facing experience, and a compassionate communication style.
The selected attorney will be enthusiastic about taking on assigned work and will not require a pre-existing book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of litigation matters to resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to personal injury laws, regulations, and precedents.
• Draft pleadings, motions, demands and other legal documents.
• Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings, as necessary.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, court hearings and trials.
• Conduct depositions and interviews with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel and insurance companies.
• Stay abreast of developments in personal injury litigation law and related areas.
Qualifications
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to and in good standing with the State Bar of North Carolina.
• Minimum of three years litigation experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proven track record of representing clients in court.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to providing high quality legal representation and client service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.
00 - $120,000.
