We’re looking for a Title Clerk/Accounts payable representative to join our team! $16-$20 per hour DOE Benefits: Medical & Dental Plans Paid time off & vacation Flexible Work Schedule Short & Long Term Disability 401k Plan Employee vehicle purchase plans Growth Opportunities HSA Long term job security Discounts on products & services Paid training Responsibilities: Post vendor invoices into accounting system Complete paperwork for dealer-traded new vehicles Report dealer transfers to GM Record all purchased vehicles into accounting system and update vehicle maintenance records Balance vendors to statements Contact vendors for missing invoices Write payable checks Will also be responsible for researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues Maintain vendor files and vehicle inventory Will serve as a backup to the Title Clerk Assist with other administrative functions Requirements: 1-3 Years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting - preferably in a dealership Must be customer-focused, be a team player, and be an effective communicator Must have strong computer skills including Excel and a 10-key calculator Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds, basic working knowledge of automotive accounting preferred.
