Contracts Management-Consultant role

Description: Are you looking for a contracts management consulting opportunity? We're searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Interim Contracts Management Consultant to join our team in navigating the exciting world of biopharma subcontractor agreements.
What you'll do: Own the contract lifecycle from drafting and reviewing subcontractor agreements to managing approvals and execution, you'll ensure our legal framework is airtight.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to secure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
Manage complex contracts for outsourcing of preclinical R&D, from vendor agreements to NDAs, mastering terminology and key clauses.
Identify and implement efficiency improvements to enhance our contracts management system.
Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on all matters contractual.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in biopharma/CRO contract management or a related field preferably in the life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or preclinical CRO.
Solid understanding of contract legal principles and key terms.
Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate clear and concise agreements.
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Reporting to: COO/CFO Hours: This is a consulting opportunity.
The hours will vary from time to time, but we expect it to be up to 20 hours per week.
Location: This position can be performed remotely, but you need to have the ability to interact with the team in the EST time zone.
