Job Summary:
The Corporate Paralegal is a critical member of the legal department reporting to our General Counsel.
This position will assist the legal department with responsibilities such as drafting, reporting, data compilation, legal research, contract administration, filing business certificates and information, general office duties, and other tasks as required by the department.
Duties/Responsibilities:
* Registration and maintenance of corporate entities, including filing annual reports and businesses license as required.
* Perform legal research as requested.
* Assist with inputting contracts into Salesforce and Sharepoint.
* Assist with updating various department templates and other long-term projects as required.
* Maintain spreadsheets to keep track of filing and response deadlines, as well as the Company’s intellectual property and leases.
* Assist with drafting legal contracts, correspondence, and other documents.
* Assist the legal department with internal and external audits.
* Respond to both internal and external requests for information in a timely manner.
* Provide support related to litigation and/or complaints.
* Administrative duties as needed.

*Required Experience:*
Skills/Abilities:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in all departments.
* Superb attention to detail, as well as organizational and multitasking skills.
* Proficient Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
* Strong ability to work independently.
Education and Experience:
* 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a law firm or corporate environment High school/GED
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Paralegal certification a plus
* Sharepoint and Salesforce experience preferred but not required

Pay: $55,000.
