As a Corporate Paralegal specializing in global subsidiary management and corporate secretarial work, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global operations and ensuring compliance with legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Your responsibilities will include managing subsidiary entities, maintaining corporate records, and assisting with various corporate legal matters.

• Coordinate and support the preparation of board and committee meetings, including drafting agendas, preparing meeting materials, and taking minutes.

• Strong working knowledge of corporate governance principles, legal compliance, and corporate secretarial best practices across various jurisdictions.

USA and Canada Residents Only: The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $111,000-$159,000.
Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
