As a *Service Advisor*, you will be responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner, developing relationships, and exceeding all expectations.
You will coordinate the workflow of technicians.
You will also recommend and sell needed tires and auto repair/maintenance services to customers.
*Qualifications / Requirements include*:
● 2+ years sales and customer service / retail experience for service advisor positions a big plus
● Excellent communication and sales skills
● An outgoing personality
● Automotive experience in direct repair with diagnostics, general repairs and maintenance
● ASE certifications preferred for manager role; service advisor role can be learned if mechanically minded
● Ability to multi-task in a customer focused retail environment, while ensuring accuracy of work
● Good computer and phone skills
● Ability to effectively communicate well verbally and in writing
● Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
● Be able to pass background check
● Valid driver’s license
● High school degree and/or some college preferred
