Medical Assistant/ Receptionist This position will best suit highly motivated individuals capable of multitasking in a small practice setting.
Our medical practice works to provide the highest standard of care to each of our patients so we are looking for someone with great customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with both patients and fellow staff.
Hiring Medical Assistant/Receptionist for the Cary office.
Must meet the following requirements: * *Full-time position -* * Cary schedule- Willingness to work * 3- 4weekday shifts (7:30 am- 6 pm) & with every other Sat (8 am-3 pm) & Sun (8-12) * Ideal candidate must be willing to be cross trained for front and back office duties.
* Willing to work at both locations when needed- Cary and Holly Springs office.
* Positive attitude, punctual, dependable and excellent customer service * Must have 2 years prior Medical office experience.
* *Must have Skills -* * Record patient history and personal information * Measure vital signs * Administer injections, vaccines or medications * Schedule patient appointments * Perform basic laboratory tests * Assist physicians during an exam * Perform phlebotomy * Xray experience preferred *Benefits- *PTO, Holidays, Medical Insurance and 401K, excellent work team *Experience:* * *Medical office: 2 years (Required)* * *Medical Assistant: 2 years ( Required)* * *Phlebotomy: Preferred* Typical schedule: One location, help out at other location in emergency or coverage needs.
