We are proud to begin our new partnership with the North Carolina Department of Adult Correction to provide healthcare services at the newly opened Long-Term Acute Care Unit within the Central Prison Healthcare Complex in Raleigh, NC.
We are currently seeking a full-time Wound Care RN to join our team.
The certified Wound Care RN works under the supervision of the Nurse Administrator/Nurse Supervisor and assesses, plans, and implements care for patients with wounds or at risk for skin breakdown.
Clinical care other than direct wound care is also required.
The certified Wound Care RN works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary health care team and prepares and presents educational programming regarding wound care to healthcare staff as requested.
Adherence to NC DAC and Centurion policy and procedure required.
