Our office-based Psychiatry practice, Cary Behavioral Health, P.
C.
, is looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team for locations in our growing Cary/Raleigh offices.
This is a W2 salaried position.
Practice will provide referrals for medication management, ADHD, Ketamine/Esketamine (Spravato), Psychotherapy, Intensive Outpatient Program, and TMS therapy.
Cary Behavioral Health has been in the Cary community for the last twenty-plus years and expanded to RTP region.

Job Types: PT/Full-time, Contract- \*Credentialing a plus- but not required
* Requirements/Responsibilities:
* - Valid Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant license in NC- Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) -or- Physician Assistant (PA)- Experience in providing psychiatric care to patients to adults- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, diagnosis, pharmacology, and treatment planning- Ability to provide critical care interventions for patients in crisis situations- Provide psychiatric-mental health care to patients across the lifespan- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders- Prescribe and manage medications for patients with psychiatric conditions- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care- Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Post COVID-19 precautions
