LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

```Responsibilities``` - Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse - Administer medications and treatments according to prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Assist with medical procedures such as tube feedings and wound care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team o develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with medical documentation and record-keeping procedures.
- Participate in discharge planning and patient education initiatives.
```Qualifications``` - Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medical office procedures.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Experience in taking accurate vital signs and performing clinical assessments.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks or similar electronic health record systems.
- Prior experience in acute care or primary care settings is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills for patient interaction and collaboration with healthcare professionals.
