● Be a genuine and warm person ● Honesty and Integrity *About Us:* We are a growing practice in Carrboro/Chapel Hill, NC dedicated to providing quality mental health, executive functioning, and speech therapy services to children, adolescents, families, and adults in Carrboro/Chapel Hill.
We have a special focus on children and adolescents, neurodiverse individuals and building executive functioning skills.
We also work heavily in tech moderation and helping families navigate digital safety.
We are looking for a warm and energetic individual who is passionate about serving children and teenagers (though counseling adults and couples is also an option).
Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills and professional disposition.
The owner of the practice is a fully licensed qualified supervisor and can offer clinical supervision at a reduced rate to provisionally licensed counselors.
We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, United, Cigna and out-of-pocket pay for our services.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

\*We have a growing waiting list so need to hire immediately.
We are currently seeking therapists to join our practice who are interested in serving children, adolescents, adults, families, and/or couples on a part time with the option to full-time basis after the build of a caseload over time.
Therapists will: complete intake assessments, create treatment plans, maintain timely session notes using SimplePractice software, and provide therapeutic services using evidence-based practice models.
This is a W2 position.
Therapists will have flexible hours but due to nature of child/adolescent counseling work, before-school (7am-9am) or after school hours (2pm-7pm) will be required for some of days worked.
This is a yearly position with no predetermined end date.
*We are hiring licensed therapists specializing in any of the following:* ● Treatment of common childhood related diagnoses (ADHD, ODD, ASD, DMDD, etc) ● Child-centered or play therapy for children to adolescents ● EMDR, DBT, CBT, Somatic experiencing, Attachment theory ● Couples counseling ● Executive functioning therapy *Experience:* ● Previous experience in mental health counseling with working with children and families, couples, teens and adults.
If provisionally licensed, you must have internship experience working with children.
● Trained/educated in the use of evidence-based model(s).
● 3-5 years clinical experience preferred ● Recent graduates will be considered ● Therapists that are currently in-network with private and/or public insurance panels will be given preference.
*Salary and Benefits:* ● Financial compensation is a revenue split from insurance reimbursement or fee split from session payments ● Marketing support provided with continued flow of internal and external referrals.
