The Job
Perform initial startup of HVAC systems installed by Yellow Dot Heating and Air Conditioning.
Troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment when the system is not performing correctly.
Achieve complete and thorough service results every time.
Notify the office of parts to be ordered and follow up to procure parts as soon as possible
Communicate effectively with customers and builders as required.
Manage company-supplied iPad to receive scheduled calls from office and track times digitally.
Start-Up Technician start time is 8:00 am thru 5:00 am, except for shop days, start time will be 7:00 am unless otherwise noted.

CFC/EPA Certification
Working knowledge of HVAC systems

This is a physically demanding job which requires the RNC HVAC Startup Warranty Technician to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc.
and exposure to varied conditions in residential homes.
