Private Practice LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW (associates welcomed)

Opening for a fully licensed LCMHC, LMFT, or LCSW (associates welcomed to apply) for full-time position providing psychotherapy in a private mental health practice in the RTP area.
20 client sessions per week! Our goal is to create a welcoming and supportive work environment.
We meet for weekly team meetings (paid), quarterly team get togethers, and have a focus on learning from one another.
We also have a book club that was have as part of our weekly team meetings.
The practice takes care of all of the logistics from marketing, billing, insurance, booking clients, etc.
You get to make your own work schedule, see your clients, document your notes, and leave for the day! Our goal is to make it so you can focus on the care of the clients you serve and not the headache of the logistics and business side of things.
This position is primarily for adult psychotherapy, but some teen and/or child clients may be available.
If you have training in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Brain Spotting, and or IFS you are strongly encouraged to apply.
If you are in the middle of a specialized training program such as Somatic Experiencing, IFS, etc, you are strongly encouraged to apply.
If you're already credentialed with BCBS you are strongly encouraged to apply! *REQUIREMENTS:* * A current North Carolina license to practice psychotherapy * At least 1 year of clinical experience preferred * Credentialed with BCBS preferred We are an established group mental health practice since 2018.

Specialize in trauma, addiction, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and military service members/families, etc.
* Counselors will start off at $60 per hour for provisional and $65 per hour for full licensed.
There are raises given each year of continued employment * This is a contract position for full time (20 clients per week or more if preferred) * You will have your own furnished office space, you will need to provide your own computer * Clinical consultation and support are available.

com * Cover letter provided (required in order to be considered for the position) Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine mental health needs and develop treatment plans - Provide individual clinical counseling to patients - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations - Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify mental health disorders - Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment options and resources - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement integrated care plans Skills: - Proficient in data collection and analysis for treatment planning and outcome evaluation - Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality - Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health diagnoses and treatments - Understanding of special education services and accommodations for individuals with mental health needs - Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations using standardized assessment tools - Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate with prescribing providers as needed - Strong assessment skills to evaluate patient needs, strengths, and challenges - Excellent clinical counseling skills, including active listening, empathy, and effective communication Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $60.
