KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Director, KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) Chief Digital Officer to join our KDN organization.
Responsibilities: Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the development of a digital strategy, services, and systems of record and action Collaborate with key executives and stakeholders to identify digital opportunities and to develop and implement digital initiatives that drive operational efficiencies, increase value for KPMG member firms and clients, and support the KPMG member firm network in creation of new revenue streams; ensure the KDN technology architecture aligns with global standards and Global CDO planning and initiatives while considering long-term needs ensuring efficient operations Work together with GPS technology teams, the CDO will mature KDN delivery center automation technologies and integrate to support rapid growth including the activation of additional KDN major delivery centers and additional workforce; key to achieving this will be providing end-to-end visibility of KDN activities, with relevant KPIs to drive a culture of continuous improvement Successfully navigate a complex global footprint, with a cross-functional approach and focus including Advisory, Tax, and Audit practices, while also ensuring the success of planned acquisitions Translate technology strategies and solutions into business outcomes to gain sponsorship from business leadership; above all, the CDO demonstrates a genuine passion for how technology can improve bottom line results while providing optimal client outcomes Qualifications: Minimum fifteen years of recent experience in digital transformation, digital strategy, or technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving large-scale digital initiatives including multi-vendor clouds for solutions, platforms, and infrastructure Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or business administration Solid knowledge of digital trends and technologies, such as cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, and advancements in automation Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels across a matrixed, global environment Experience in effectively and efficiently managing global enterprise-wide data assets, digital infrastructure, and applications KPMG complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
